| 本研究通过部分可量化指标,对71所国内重点大学的办学水平进行了分系统的定量分析。结果显示,各大学积极应对高等教育大众化和多元化的变化趋势,在自主办学的基础上办学条件和办学水平均有较大的提高,同时,也存在一些问题值得我们重视和关注。对此,本文提出了以下建议:加快大学质量保障体系的建设;重视对高校人力资源的投入;进一步加强研究生培养工作;适当减轻大学教师的工作压力。 |
