跨学科教育经历会影响高校教师的科研产出吗?——来自重点财经院校的证据

      跨学科教育经历在科研人才成长中具有重要意义。通过采集重点财经院校教师个人简历及其15年内的期刊论文发表数据,运用计量经济模型对跨学科教育经历与教师科研产出之间的关系展开分析。研究发现,跨学科教育经历对教师的科研产出数量、科研产出质量以及科研生产偏好均具有显著影响,主要体现在跨学科教育经历对教师在非本学科期刊上发表论文具有促进作用;与“硕博跨学科”经历相比,“本硕跨学科”经历更有助于教师探索新学科领域,增强跨学科研究与发表能力;CSSCI与SSCI期刊数据均证实了跨学科教育经历在教师跨学科论文发表中的影响效应。在深化科研评价改革背景下,研究对跨学科人才培养、科研人才评价以及一流学科建设具有政策启示。
英文摘要
      The interdisciplinary education experience plays an important role in the growth of academic talents. Based on curriculum vitae among teachers from key universities of finance and economics and their publications in the past fifteen years, current sutdy analyzed the relationship between interdisciplinary education experience and teachers’ academic research output by using econometric models. The findings were as follows: the interdisciplinary education experience had a significant impact on university teachers' academic research output from the aspects in quantity, quality and preference. Specifically, the interdisciplinary education experience promoted teachers to publish academic articles in journals of other branch of disciplines. Compared with the “master-doctor” interdisciplinary experience, the “bachelor-master” interdisciplinary experience would be more beneficial for teachers to explore new subjects and enhance their interdisciplinary research and publishing ability. The data from CSSCI and SSCI Journals supported that the interdisciplinary education experience had effects on teachers' interdisciplinary publications. Under the background of deepening the reform of academic research evaluation, there are policy implications for the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents, the assessment of scientific talents and the construction of first-class disciplines.
