As one of the most well-known entrepreneurial universities, the University of California, Berkley has a highly efficient innovative mechanism that provides crucial support for its technology transfer. The humanitarian system has built a fair and appropriate environment with extensive opportunities for development. Incentive culture has motivated its faculty members to produce inventions continuously. Mechanism, culture, and system work together to enhance its dynamic capability, integrate external and internal resources, explore market opportunities, and control the risks, which had a great contribution to the economic development of the San Francisco Bay Area. |
