| 讨论改革开放中的中国大学教育,是要审视大学教育与思想解放、市场经济体制建立、对外开放的相互关系。改革开放初,高等教育基础薄弱,社会需求急剧增加,促进了大学的变化,包括培养目标、招生、规模、学费、就业、对外交流、办学体制,管理体制,经费筹措体制、重点高校建设以及高校内部管理体制等改革。30年来,大学办学能力不断提高,办学中的开放、竞争和权利意识观念增强。但大学的财政仍不富裕,管理仍不先进,人文意识仍不明确。进一步推进大学改革,必须更准确地认识大学使命,深化内部管理改革,切实改善师资队伍。 |
