| Venture capital is a special investment behavior characterized by financial operation. The purpose of the flowing of venture capital into private education sector is for profits, therefore, it is a double edged sword for private education to attract venture capital. Meanwhile, rational analysis and correct guidance are needed for the introduction of venture capital. An effective management system of venture capital needs to be built in order to promote the development of private education as well as to avoid the possible adverse effects that venture investment brings. |
