教育变革的张力与活力——改革开放40年教育变革诸要素逻辑关系分析

      本文在系统考察40年教育改革开放历程的同时,从教育制度要素间的逻辑关系分析入手,反思教育改革的发展脉络与内在逻辑。研究发现,不同发展阶段、不同领域、不同层面的教育变革,是政府、学校、社会等不同教育利益主体在特定政治经济环境下的关系变奏过程; 教育在适合和促进社会发展的同时,不断地在效率与公平、管制与治理、补充与融合、封闭与开放、标准化与选择性、本土化与国际化之间寻求教育制度要素间的张力,以激发不同利益主体以至激发整个教育系统的活力,进而实现教育制度的完善与教育事业的健康发展。
英文摘要
      Through a systematic review of the 40 years of education reform and opening -up, this paper conducts an analysis of the logical relationship between the elements of educational system in a bid to reflect on the development trajectory and internal logic of education reform. It is found that educational changes at different stages of development, in different fields, and at different levels are the process of changing the relationship between different educational stakeholders including the government, schools, and society in a specific political and economic environment; education is constantly being adapted to and promoting social development. By seeking tension between efficiency and fairness, regulation and governance, complementation and integration, seclusion and openness, standardization and selectivity, and localization and internationalization, it stimulates the vitality of different stakeholders and the entire educational system, thereby realizing the improvement of educational system and the healthy development of education industry.
