| The key word of the 23rd UCEA Annual Convention is innovation.This paper reviews the major themes of the conference,particularly the innovations in establishing multiple school-community partnerships and innovative leadership development programs.The increasing involvement of international participants at UCEA Conventions also indicates that innovative educational leadership is emerging as a globalized issue. |
