| 对于学科建设,方法论责无旁贷。方法论的缺位使整项研究失之毫厘谬以千里。教育领导研究在我国所走过的历程尽管短暂,却形成一条从人文科学研究范式经过自然科学研究范式直至当今流行的社会科学研究范式并走向综合的演变轨迹。但是,元框架的缺失往往导致研究只知其然而不知其所以然。以社会化为元框架,以校长专业发展为研究对象,本文试图为教育领导研究探索一条创新性的方法论路径。 |
