| 中国教育在大发展的进程中，也逐渐集聚起了许多大问题,新一轮教育改革要想在解决中国教育面临的根本矛盾上取得新突破，必须突破学校教育中心观，将学校教育、社会教育、家庭教育、网络教育进行统一筹划；必须突破教育行政部门中心观，构建起党委、人大、政府、政协以及“公检法”共同参与、齐抓共管的新机制。 |

| With the rapid development of education in China, several issues arise. In a bid to gain breakthrough progress in solving the basic contradictions hindering China's education development, the traditional notion of school-centered education should give way to a broadly defined educational notion that requires the overall planning between school, society, family and network. At the same time, educational administration should no longer center around governmental departments and the new system should involve all parties concerned. |
